About Our DataQ Services
A DataQ is a request to state or federal agencies to challenge incorrect data on your record. This data could be related to a crash, violation, insurance, audit results, or a number of other categories that directly impact your insurance and CSA SMS BASIC scores.
Initial Review
We will go through your violations, accidents, and existing audit information to determine if a DataQ challenge makes sense.
Submit DataQ
If a DataQ challenge makes sense, we will work with you to collect all of the required documentation and submit the DataQ to the FMCSA.
Entire Process
We will monitor the entire process. There may be requests for additional documentation and we will be with you every step of the way.
